Payment.
At this moment in time we accept payments via Paypal. When purchasing goods from our store, at checkout you’ll be re-directed to Paypal before completing your transaction – this is so we can ensure everything is secure – for both you and us.
Queries.
Please email sales@subcarp.com if you have any queries relating to an item your considering ordering, alternatively, if you are emailing about an order you’ve made please quote your postal address and order number, and we will endeavour to respond quickly / efficiently.
Returns.
Orders can be returned to us providing they are in an unused condition and all tags and packaging are intact. Subject to inspection on arrival we will then agree to refund or exchange your product. Please contact us by emailing sales@subcarp.com if you wish to return your order.
Please note: We will not cover postage fees and advise all returns are sent via tracked mail, as we
are not accountable for lost returns. Returns are valid within 30 days of receiving goods.
